Q: How long will it take for to receive my package?

A: It takes 1-3 business days for processing, 7-10 business days to receive your product (domestic) and International shipping takes a  minimum of 15 business days.

 

Q: Is shipping free?

A: Unless noted, standard shipping is free within the United States. If you select expedited shipping, your shipping costs will be displayed at checkout. Shipping costs vary by destination.

A: Yes. International shipping takes a minimum of 15 business days

Q: Why should I choose a silicone breast form?

A: A silicone breast form provides the most natural look and feel when additional reconstruction or surgery is not desired. Depending on your physical condition, age and breast size, an external prosthesis could be the best solution to help balance your body from the loss of weight after a breast (or part of a breast) is removed. Silicone breast forms are far less expensive than surgery, and they can be easily changed if you gain or lose weight. There are many sizes and styles from which to choose that fit different body and skin types. Athletic forms are available for sportswear, swimming, and lounging. Non-weighted foam forms are available for immediately following surgery, partial forms for after lumpectomies and partial mastectomies.

 

Q: Why are there different shapes of prosthesis?

A: Prosthesis come in three main shapes to fit the shape of a woman’s natural breast. A triangle form has a rounded look and is designed for younger women with firmer pectoral muscles. These are designed to suit most contemporary surgical techniques, where less breast tissue has been removed. The classic shape fits either the right or left side of the body. The wing is designed to be turned toward any muscle or extensive tissue area that has been removed. The oval shape has a thinner, tapered wing and shallower profile. This is especially designed for women who need less fill under the arm. The shape allows the form to be turned in a variety of directions for best fit.

 

Q: Do I need a mastectomy bra?

A: Mastectomy bras are the best choice for a breast form. They have pockets in the cups to hold the breast form in place and are cut wider under the arm and across the chest for full coverage. Fuller cut fashion bras are acceptable, but do not provide as much security.

 

Q: How do I determine my bra size?

A: While wearing a bra, measure around the torso just under the arms and under the breasts. If necessary, round up to an even number to calculate your band size. Measure around the fullest part of the bust line. Deduct the calculated band size. Each 1″ difference equals one cup size. (1″ or less is an A cup, a 2″ difference is a B cup, and so on.) If the band size is 40″ or greater, add 3″ for a more precise fit, rounding up to an even number.

 

Q: How long should a breast form last?

A: The length of time that a breast form lasts will depend on several factors. Your body chemistry and proper care are the most important factors. Daily washing and proper storage can help increase the life of the product. Generally the forms will last between 2-5 years.

 

Q: Do you carry products for immediately following surgery?

A: We have non-weighted prosthesis, post-surgical camisoles, scar reduction sheets, and sleep bras for your comfort following surgery.

 

Q: What about insurance or Medicaid/Medicare?

A: We do not file insurance or Medicaid/Medicare. We are not a Medicare provider. Mastectomy products are covered under private insurance programs and Medicare. Allowables vary per state and company. Consult your company or local social security office for specific details. We send a submittable receipt with your order.

 

Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: We ship in a nondescript box via UPS, FedEx or Priority Mail, whichever can get you your products the most efficiently and quickly. Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 business days unless there is a problem with the availability of the item. We will notify you if there will be a delay. Shipping outside of the U.S. is available. Overnight shipping may be available on select items. Options will be shown in the cart.

 

Q: Do you ship outside the country?

A: Shipping outside the contiguous United States is available at an additional charge of $60.

 

Q: Do you ship overnight?

A: Overnight shipping is available Monday – Thursday Only for $50 per manufacturer.

 

Q: Can I mail, phone, or fax an order in?

Q: What is your return policy?

A:  We will replace all defective units with a new item for up to one year after initial purchase. We do not accept used products for return unless they are defective.

 

Q: How do I return an item?

We hope you are extremely pleased with your purchase, but if you need to return an item, please respect the following guidelines. If you need a different size or item, you may return your order with a return number and place another order online or phone for the new item. This will expedite your getting the correct item. Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the item, and the item may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. They will not be accepted without a return authorization number that has been issued. Please call us at 1-949-416-3786 to receive this number. Leave your name, order number, and date on our voice mail, and we will return your call with the number needed. You can also email us at hello@gracesgoods.com to receive your authorization number. Again, please include your name, order number, and date in the email. Returned items must be in the original carton and in new condition. Please include all accessories and paperwork. A 15% charge will be deducted for handling. There is no refund on shipping.

 

Q: What is your warranty policy?

A: All of our products comes with a one year warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturer defects or items what do not work upon arrival. Warranty does not cover physical damage caused by misuse or accidental injury to the product.
